Lead Product Designer: Aspire
Ameriprise
The Challenge: Business stakeholders want to grow their Affiliate Partner Program and direct more business to the Ameriprise Advisor Center (AAC).
The Task: Work collaboratively with other designers, content writers, business stakeholders, corporate branding, and developers, and design an all-new sub-site, with a co-branded experience for affiliate partners that directs business to the AAC.
The Result: 220 finalized Sketch artboards for responsive web (mobile browser and desktop) across 4 different user flows: Prospect Registration, Prospect Dashboard, Open a Savings Account, and Goal Planner, plus 450+ early variations and explorations, and 60 new and unique components.

The Challenge: Ameriprise is expanding its bank product offerings to include Certificates of Deposit.
The Task: Work with the business stakeholders, product owner, and content writer, to design a new layout for Bank CDs, based on the other existing bank products. Business specifically requested the addition of a visual way to track the CD lifecycle.
The Result: A full userflow mockup for the addition of Bank CD across all sections of the Secure Site including Overview, Summary, Positions, and Activity pages. A "pizza tracker"-style visual aide to track CD status was incorporated into the designs that the business loved.

The Challenge: Numerous mismatched design systems being used across multiple teams world-wide, creating inconsistent designs and uncompliant branding.
The Task: Spearhead and lead a global team (US, Europe, Asia) of 10 core UX designers and 30+ stakeholders to consolidate multiple design systems and integrate new corporate branding worldwide.
The Result: Comprehensive asset libraries in Sketch, Figma, and HTML/CSS plus an online Digital Design System (in Zeroheight) with complete documentation, examples, and code snippets.
