WCAG Accessibility

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) are a set of international standards that provide a framework for making digital content more accessible to a diverse audience, including those with disabilities.

Why details matter

The difference between a Fortune 500 website and a small business site is not money or resources, but in the details.

Consistency:
Fonts, colors, buttons, form fields (having a solid design system is key)
Accessibility:
Color contrast, keyboard-accessible, screen-reader accessible
Economy of words:
Less is more when it comes to text on your website
Content design:
Font hierarchies, headlines, and bulleted lists to draw the reader in
