BLOOMINGTON, Minn. — Toro announces the launch of a new line of commercial-grade zero turn mowers – the TimeCutter® HD. The TimeCutter HD incorporates elements of its base design from the proven TITAN commercial mowing platform and integrates a number of ergonomic features to provide an ideal mowing experience.

The new TimeCutter HD offers best-in-class comfort by incorporating the innovative and unique MyRIDETM Suspension System, which helps isolate the operator from the frame and provides up to three inches of travel — twice as much as a typical suspension seat. The fully adjustable MyRIDE Suspension System uses coil over shocks, like an ATV, to reduce the effects of bumps and jolts and allows operators to select the comfort setting that suits their specific needs.

Other features that focus on operator comfort include a thick, deluxe, extra-tall seat, a rubber floor mat to help reduce vibrations, and a deck step for easy access to the operator station. The new TimeCutter HD line also features secondary suspension of more than five inches thanks to the high-performance rear tires. As stated by Tanner Erickson, Toro marketing manager:

“Comfort can be a big problem for zero turn mowers because of how fast they are driven while cutting. Most customers don’t realize it until after they have mowed at seven mph for a few hours. To help customers buy with confidence knowing that comfort won’t be a problem, we have revolutionized riding mower comfort with the MyRIDE Suspension System. Now customers finally have a mower that will keep them comfortable when mowing fast, while also giving them Toro’s professional quality of cut.”

Although the TimeCutter HD was designed with comfort in mind, it is also a highly durable and versatile zero turn mower. It all starts with the heavy-duty front end, featuring a 2.5” x 2.5” full tubular front axle for superior strength and heavy-duty front caster forks, all attached to a thick 10-gauge frame. Moving down, the deck is made from special Grade 50 high-strength 10-gauge steel that is nearly 50% stronger than competitive decks*. And finally, the mower is powered by commercial transmissions and a Toro commercial engine that is protected by a heavy-duty engine guard.

The TimeCutter HD line also offers a number of features focused on versatility and utility including a built-in bucket holder for easy transport of tools and materials, the award-winning** Smart Speed® control system, and a standard tow hitch for safe and efficient towing of attachments. A 12v accessory port and cup and cargo holders are also included for added convenience.
