Pricing terms and conditions

Prices are per person, based on double occupancy, between cities listed. Wednesday departures and Monday returns from Atlanta, Cincinnati, Los Angeles, Memphis, New York, and Salt Lake City; Wednesday departures and Tuesday returns from Minneapolis/St. Paul and Memphis; and Thursday departures and Tuesday returns from Detroit. All via nonstop or connecting service on Northwest or Delta, and are valid for specific travel dates between June 10 - Sept 1, 2009. Advance purchase requirements vary. Two-night minimum stay; 30-day maximum stay. Other travel days and dates are available at other prices. May require travel on specific flights or times; blackout dates may apply. Prices include $200 roundtrip international fuel surcharge from Memphis and Minneapolis/St. Paul and $120 from Detroit. Prices do not include Passenger Facility Charges of up to $18 roundtrip, September 11th Security Fees of up to $10 roundtrip, U.S. segment taxes of up to $3.60 per flown segment, or departure/arrival/customs and immigration fees of up to $150. A $15 fee for the first piece of checked luggage and $25 fee for a second piece of checked luggage may be assessed; fees are charged each-way. Prices are not retroactive and are subject to availability. Does not apply to groups of 20 or more. Must be purchased through NWA WorldVacations. • Purchase any NWA WorldVacations air and Hyatt Resorts package from any NWA WorldVacations origin to Oahu, Maui, or Kauai between May 3-23, 2009, for travel May 10 - Dec 18, 2009.
• At time of reservation, you must refer to promotional code WV10305.
• Discount is valid towards all fares (subject to availability) on reservations that include a minimum of one flight on Northwest Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Alaska Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines, and/or KLM Royal Dutch Airlines; reservations that include only flights on other airlines do not qualify. The hotel discount is based on the standard room charges of each of the participating hotels in Oahu, Maui, or Kauai.
• Participating hotels include: Hyatt Regency Waikiki Resort & Spa in Oahu, Hyatt Regency Maui Resort & Spa in Maui, and Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa in Kauai.
• Minimum 2-night hotel stay required.
• Minimum purchase of $1,799 per booking is required.
• Discount is $100 on packages of $1,799 - $3,599; $200 on packages of $3,600 - $4,999; and $300 on packages of $5,000 or more.
• Maximum discount is $300 per booking; discount is a percentage of each eligible component.
• Discount is taken off the base price. Taxes, fuel surcharges, customs and security fees, September 11th Security Fee, Passenger Facility Charges, and other fees may apply and are additional.
• Discount is not valid with Ski packages, other discounts or special status fares (such as companion, agency/industry discount, Mileage Saver Vacations, free or award tickets, web fares, senior fares or child rates); for groups of 20 or more; and is not retroactive.
• Must be purchased via www.nwaworldvacations.com, through a professional travel agent, or direct through NWA WorldVacations at 1-800-800-1504, and is not valid if purchased through Northwest Airlines or its website, www.nwa.com.
• Discount applies to qualified passengers only. Children staying free in room do not qualify for discount.
• Discount will recalculate if modifications are made to the booking.
• No refunds will be issued toward offer. Offer has no cash value. Offer void if qualifying booking is cancelled.
• Programs and availability may vary. NWA WorldVacations air reservations may be made up to 352 days in advance of flight departure.
• MLT Vacations must issue all airline tickets.

• Award travel is subject to availability.
• Free award travel does not qualify for flight miles or towards Elite status.
